On our final day of residential, we started the morning by packing up after breakfast, showing great responsibility and helping one another. We then enjoyed our last activity: bushcraft, learning how to build and light a fire using a ferro rod, Vaseline and cotton wool to help it burn for longer. We also worked together to build shelters in the woods using sticks and other natural materials, demonstrating excellent teamwork, problem-solving skills and perseverance through trial and error. Although everyone is sad to leave, we have had a truly fantastic time, made wonderful memories and should be very proud of all we have achieved!
