This week, our Year 6 pupils took part in an engaging NSPCC workshop focused on keeping themselves safe. The session was age-appropriate and interactive, featuring Buddy the speech bubble, who helped guide discussions in a friendly and reassuring way. Pupils explored a range of everyday scenarios to help them understand the difference between appropriate and inappropriate behaviours, and talked openly about feelings and boundaries. They also learned what to do if something makes them feel uncomfortable, including who they can talk to and how to get help. The children were thoughtful, mature, and highly engaged throughout the workshop.
